All flight bookings made through SD Ralty INC are subject to the fare rules and refund conditions of the respective airline(s). Some airline tickets are fully refundable, others are partially refundable, and many are non-refundable. Your eligibility for a refund depends on those airline fare rules and the timing of your request.
2. 30-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of your original purchase if you have a refundable ticket or if the airline’s fare rules allow it. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the airline’s policies and applicable U.S. law.

• Refunds for eligible tickets will be processed back to the original form of payment.

3. Airline Fare Rules Take Precedence
Airline fare rules govern refund eligibility. If an airline does not allow a refund for a particular fare, SD Ralty INC cannot override that policy. Such non-refundable tickets may receive travel credits or vouchers in accordance with the airline’s terms, but no cash refund will be issued.
4. Cancellations by Airlines
If your flight is canceled or significantly changed by the airline itself, you may be entitled to a full refund of your ticket price — even for non-refundable fares — under U.S. Department of Transportation regulations. These refunds must be issued by the airline or merchant of record within the timeframe required by law.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
• Credit/Debit Card Purchases: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Other Payment Methods (e.g., check, cash): May take up to 20 calendar days after approval to process.
• Final credit posting timing may vary based on your issuing bank or payment platform.
6. Convenience & Service Fees
Any convenience or service fees charged by SD Ralty INC at the time of booking (such as booking fees or processing fees) are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law or airline rules. This includes fees retained to cover transaction costs.
